I bought the product but it does not work. How many hours should it be charged?
I received the product 19 days ago and started using it only 15 days ago. At first everything was fine, it cleaned my teeth very well and there was a visible decrease in plaque formation on my teeth within a few days. However, while I only had to charge it 3-4 times in the first 10 days, that is, 20 brushings, for the last 5 days I have to keep the machine on charge for long hours for each brushing, otherwise the machine stops in the middle of the brushing. For the last 5 days I have to start brushing my teeth with the machine and complete it with my old toothbrush. The machine is clearly faulty. If it weren't for this problem, I would be very happy with its performance. However, now I will be returning it.
